 Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issue.
 Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
 Allocate workload supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
 Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
 Monitor expenses and control the budget of maintenance.
 Manage relationship with contractors and service providers.
 Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

Job responsibilities:

 Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team.
 Advise the Project Director of any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may affect construction progress.

 Review Contractor’s shop drawings against the design drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to Project Director with appropriate comments / approval within the specified contractual period (normally 10 working days).
 Review Contractor’s mechanical services material proposals against specified technical performance requirements and advise the Project Director on the appropriateness
